Introduction: IDS • Legal Technology Services is seeking a dynamic Channel Sales Executive to join our expanding team. Our offerings include Workflow Automation, Data Management, Product Implementation, System Integration, Managed Services and cutting-edge Artificial Intelligence solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies across multiple channels to increase adoption of IDS services such as Workflow Automation, Data Management and Artificial Intelligence.
  • Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closure, ensuring a seamless transition and integration for clients across various sectors.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to align sales strategies with market needs and product capabilities.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within client organisations to secure and expand revenue opportunities.
  • Conduct detailed needs assessments to tailor proposals and presentations that showcase the value of IDS services.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to adapt strategies and enhance the IDS value proposition.
  • Provide regular feedback to management on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to continually improve our service offerings.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, particularly in selling technology solutions within the sectors of ERP, FMS/PMS, CMS/DMS, CRM, HR, IT, and in general, Legal Technology systems.
  • Strong understanding of digital transformation services and their impact on business operations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to articulate complex solutions clearly to a diverse range of stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify trends and challenges and develop strategic responses.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
