Role Description

This is a contract and remote role for an Aspiring Solution Developer, able to think outside the box. The Aspiring Solution Developer will be responsible for actively reading and listening, analysing business processes, developing technical solutions and supporting data analytics tasks. They should have experience in logical thinking, business analysis and possess strong listening, analytical and communication skills.

General Skills

• Ability to demonstrate numerical reasoning and numerical problem solving, pattern recognition and high attention to detail.
• Ability to think logically and analytically.
• Ability to understand and analyse visual information and solve problems using visual reasoning.
• Ability to identify relationships, similarities and differences between shapes and patterns, recognise visual sequences and relationships between objects, and remember these.
• Ability to follow coded instructions and rules, sequencing events into a logical order, sorting and manipulating lists of items according to specific instructions, deciding how one set of instructions affects another and interpreting flow diagrams.
• Extremely high attention to detail.

Programming skills

• Knowledge of variables, look-up tables, sets, arrays, boolean, looping, if/then/else, numerical systems and other programming structures would be advantageous.

Experience

• Experience in business processes.
• Experience in technical subjects and / or technical software solutions.
• Understanding of software development and agile methodologies.
• Experience with legal technology solutions is a plus.
